Annapurna Circuit Trekking is one of the best adventures trekking in Nepal if you wish to experience the entire Annapurna Region at once. Normally, it is a package of 23 days in which you will get an opportunity to witness major destinations of the region namely Jomsom, Muktinath, Thorang La Pass and others. However, the itinerary differs according to the demand and time frame of the trekkers.

You will be blessed to see at least nine peaks while on this Trek. The altitude of the peaks varies from 1100 to 5416m. You will introduce yourself with Annapurna l to lV, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Manaslu, Gangapurna and Tilicho Peak in Annapurna Circuit Trekking.

It is anti-clockwise trekking which begins from Besisahar and ends at Nayapul, Pokhara. Some people prefer domestic flight from Jomsom to Pokhara. At the end of the trekking, you will be covering a distance of 160 kilometres. You will reach to the height of 5,416m at Thorang La Pass, one of the world highest passes in the world. A chance to acquaint with different local cultures is another uniqueness of this trail.

Manang, Jomsom and Muktinath are other highlights of Annapurna Circuit Trekking. Muktinath is popular as prominent Hindu pilgrimage site with 108 natural water spouts and a natural flame which never goes out.

We also experience Annapurna Conservation Area, its diverse species of flora and faunas during this trek. The picturesque settlements of ethnic people, Tibetan lifestyle at the border, natural waterfalls, creeks, deep rhododendron, prayer flags and stone inscriptions will truly astonish us during the trip.

Since Annapurna Circuit Trekking is considered as challenging trekking in Nepal, it requires the perfect level of fitness. Prior trekking or hiking experience is expected. However, some people do this trekking without it. Regular exercises like aerobics and jogging will enhance the level of stamina.
