Annapurna Base Camp Trek, one of best trekking package in Nepal, offers a great introduction to remote Nepal and gigantic Himalayan ranges.

Our trek initiates at Nayapul, after half an hour switchback drive from Pokhara. We follow the forested trail of rhododendron and bamboo and cross the suspension bridge over Torrent River to reach the traditional village of indigenous Gurung community. Here we see how the culture and simplicity of people still remained unchanged even at the age of modernization. As we start gaining elevation, we encounter a change in scenery and landscapes. The lush forest and green pasture gradually changes into rocky passes and steep cliff faces with a stunning view of snow-clad mountains.

Nestled at the foot of Annapurna peak, Annapurna Base Camp at 4,130 exhibits the surreal view of majestic peaks of Annapurna I (8,091m), Annapurna South (7,219m), Machhapuchhre (6,993m) and Hiunchuli (6,441m). You feel like at the center of round peaks.

Annapurna trekking is moderate plus two weeks teahouse trek in Nepal. This exotic trek is the true amalgamation of awe-inspiring Himalayan vistas and alpine scenery with unique cultural diversity. We hike through the hatched roofed settlements and follow the forested route of rhododendron and oak. We stay overnight at local tea house which allows us to immerse deep in the local way of living and know them at first hand. The hiking route to Annapurna Base Camp traverses through the many ethnic settlements like Gurung and Magar, who are widely known for their bravery in Gurkha battalion.

There are very few treks in Nepal that combine such great diverse landscapes and takes you so close to the ice-giants (7,000m+ and 8,000+ peaks) in such short time period like ABC Trek. 7 days Annapurna Base Camp Trek itinerary is meticulously designed to allow you proper acclimatization and exploration around the area.

7 days Annapurna Base Camp trekking is ideal for globe trotters who want to hike up to the base camp of Annapurna but restricted by time frame. For those who wish to trek Annapurna in a relaxed manner can join 13 days Annapurna trek or try 14 days Annapurna Circuit Trek.
